用料:

鸡翅二十个。

 

卤汁:

榨取半个柠檬汁 ;

擦碎的柠檬皮丝 ;

切碎辣椒三个(去除种子);

干菜一大匙;

红甜椒粉两小匙;

切好的新鲜香菜两大匙;

大蒜三瓣;

橄榄油一小匙;

黑胡椒粉。

 

  1. 将所有调料:柠檬汁、柠檬皮丝、切碎的辣椒、香菜、干菜、甜红椒粉、蒜泥、橄榄油及胡椒粉,搅拌在一起。
  2. 将卤汁倒在清洗并晾干的鸡翅上,在冰箱里腌制整个晚上。
  3. 烤制约20分钟,烤制时将肉翻动几次。
